A "normal" session lasts about 1 hour. Half of that time will be dedicated to listening to how you are doing in order to update my diagnosis. I'll also observe your tongue (do not scrape it clean when brushing your teeth the morning of our appointment!) and feel your pulse. You'll then undress and lay on the table where I will start the treatmentment, which can include needles, cupping, moxa and massage. Needles are inserted and left in place for 20-30 minutes.
